Founder & Senior Consultant
Dr. J.PONRAJ is the Founder and Senior Consultant at BANYAN TALENT HR, bringing over 25 years of valuable experience in strategic planning, recruitment, sales and distribution, and marketing of various products. Holding a Master’s degree in Management, a Ph.D. in Retail Management, and a law degree, he seamlessly blends a robust academic background with extensive practical expertise.
In 2015, Dr. J.PONRAJ founded BANYAN TALENT HR, utilizing his vast experience with leading organizations across India. His three decades in the industry have provided him with a profound understanding of business management, as well as a comprehensive, holistic approach to recruitment and organizational growth nationwide.
A passionate advocate for knowledge sharing, Dr. J.PONRAJ lives by the principle: “Knowledge shared is knowledge doubled.” He has also contributed to the academic community as a visiting faculty member at several prestigious B-schools in Tamil Nadu, where he teaches management subjects.
