 Post: Sales Head, Telangana for leading FMCG Co.

 HQ: Hyderabad

 Products: Spices & Masala

The focus is on driving revenue growth through effective territory-based client interactions and managing the entire sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Increase Market Share:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to increase market share and profitability for the assigned territory.
  • Formulate strategies based on competitor analysis, market conditions, and customer demand.
  • Monitor sales targets and ensure the achievement of defined goals.
  • Create brand visibility through participation in trade shows, seminars, and other events.
  • Implement pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and high recoveries.

People Management:

  • Manage and motivate a sales team across the state or territory.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality product supply and smooth operations.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to maintain a motivated and productive team.
  • Foster a professional growth environment for the sales team.

Financial Management:

  • Monitor overdue collections and track outstanding payments to ensure credit limits are maintained.
  • Ensure that sales targets are met while keeping expenses in line with budgets.
  • Oversee credit control to ensure sound financial management within the territory.

Customer Focus:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and influencers.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by meeting service and delivery expectations.
  • Generate repeat business through strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Education: MBA or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years proven experience as a State Sales Head/RSM/ZSM in leading FMCG Companies in entire Telangana.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and data analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Compensation:

  • Annual Budget: Maximum gross up to 15 Lacs p.a.
  • Age: Below 45 years
