Position : Welfare Officer for a leading textile industry at Karanampatty,Palladam.
Location: Karanampatty, Palladam,Tirupur Only Male Candidates required.
Should speak Hindi fluently.
Qualification: MSW/Any degree
- Develop and implement employee welfare programs to improve morale, motivation, and productivity.
- Conduct regular Employee Satisfaction Surveys to identify areas of improvement in employee engagement and grievance handling.
- Provide counseling services to employees on personal issues, career development, and conflict resolution.
- Handle employee grievances through effective grievance redressal mechanisms to maintain a positive work environment.
- Design and deliver training sessions on soft skills, communication skills, wellness practices, and other relevant topics.
Experience Required – Minimum 8 to 15 Years as a Welfare officer in Textile mills Salary Budget : Maximum gross up to 50 K PM
Note : Candidate should be from Textile Industry.
Candidate should Speak Hindi fluently
